Absolutely horrible experience. I wanted to exchange the size and was told they would dispatch the correct size immediately upon receipt of my returned parcel. I initiated the return, paid extra for urgent delivery to their warehouse, and have not received any response from them after leaving so many messages. It has been a week since the parcel should have reached them, neither have I been given any information on the dispatch of the exchanged size, nor have i been given back my money. I had repeatedly told them I wanted the exchange sorted on an immediate basis as I am travelling, and the exchange would be no use to me if it arrived after i have left. I was willing to pay extra as well for it. It is absolutely ****** on their part. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM.
