Remote areas, severe weather, or public holidays may extend delivery times. Orders placed after 12:00 on Friday or over the weekend dispatch on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

- Free worldwide delivery over £300 (automatically applied at checkout).
- Remote areas and customs clearance can add time.
- Processing & dispatch: 1–3 business days for all warehouses.
- UK Express cut-off: Order by 12:00 noon (Mon–Fri) for next working day delivery. Orders after the cut-off dispatch next business day for delivery on the following working day.
- Peak periods (e.g., Ramadan, major sales) may add handling time.
- Tracking is sent by email/SMS (if provided) once your order dispatches.
- If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
Shipping fees do not include duties, taxes or import charges. As the recipient, you’re responsible for all local duties, customs and sales taxes in your destination country; these must be paid to release your order.
If you need documents (e.g., ID numbers) to help the courier clear your parcel, email sales@yallaworldx.com.
Addresses, changes & order issues- Please provide a complete, safe and secure delivery address. We can’t be responsible for parcels after the courier marks them as delivered.
- Address changes can only be made before dispatch; email sales@yallaworldx.com with your order number.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, re-shipping fees may apply.
